I’m a detail-oriented Economics postgraduate with a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit assessment, and economic research. I focus on analyzing financial data, interpreting economic trends, and turning insights into clear recommendations for decision-making.

In my role as a Relationship Manager at BrightCHAMPS (Sept 2024–Present), I manage student and parent relationships to improve satisfaction and retention. I help clients with program selection, renewals, and query resolution, and I drive engagement targets through proactive onboarding and strategic upselling that supports revenue and retention.

Previously, as a Public Speaking Trainer at PlanetSpark (Dec 2022–Jul 2024), I delivered training sessions to improve communication and presentation skills. I also presented structured analytical content to diverse learners, strengthening my ability to explain complex information in a practical, stakeholder-ready way.

My training and certifications reinforce my analytical toolkit, including Power BI and data analytics/visualisation. I’m currently looking to leverage my quantitative approach and risk-focused thinking in a Credit Analyst role within the banking sector to support lending decisions and risk evaluation.
