What I'm looking for

I want to own products end to end—discovery to launch—using research and product analytics to ship in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a collaborative engineering partner and clear paths to scale.

I’m a Product Manager and technical founder who owns products end to end—product discovery, user research, and UX through engineering and go-to-market. I’m most energized when the problem is ambiguous and the pace is fast, so I can make data-driven decisions and ship reliably.

Most recently at Floo (Gofloo Tech Pvt Ltd), I took over an early, unstable Android build after the founding team departed, rebuilt it, and shipped a stable release across iOS and Android as the sole operator. I drove the iOS launch through four App Store rejection cycles in three months by resolving compliance and multilingual content-moderation requirements (Hindi, Hinglish, English), and I grew the product organically to 306 users and 151 Aadhaar-verified users. I also built a product analytics system tracking 80+ metrics across 12 areas to diagnose activation and retention bottlenecks and prioritize the roadmap, while designing a curated group travel experience end to end (vendor negotiation, creator partnerships, guest coordination, and on-ground execution) to validate the direction.
