At Logsafe, I specify requirements for features and workflow changes based on gaps identified during client rollouts and internal reviews, then hand them to the development and implementation team.

I manage multiple project implementations in parallel, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliveries across teams in different states. I also coordinate operations, implementation, and support teams in different cities to unblock delivery.

Previously, as a Customer Support & Implementation Executive at Logsafe, I handled full-cycle platform implementations, customer discovery, and onboarding for HRMS and attendance management systems. I translated customer needs into actionable implementations and monitored platforms after rollout to address user problems.

I document processes and standard operating procedures, and recommend product and process changes based on recurring field issues. I’m looking to move upstream from writing about product decisions to making them.
