I built an AI-powered customer interaction and lead collection system using Laravel 12, with conversational workflows, lead summaries, and an admin dashboard. I also added lead search, CSV export, and Exotel API integration.
At Persistent Systems Limited, I learned and worked with microservices development using Python, and used Python scripting for automation and orchestration tasks. I also worked with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
My projects include REST APIs for shop registration and location-based search, an AI coding assistant backend, and backend components for market-data processing. I’m interested in building practical, scalable software with backend engineering, REST APIs, automation, and AI integrations.
