What I'm looking for

I’m looking to return to a collaboration-focused team where I can lead frontend platform engineering hands-on—building strong design systems, modern developer workflows, and a healthy culture with clarity and shared ownership.

I build frontend platforms and the teams behind them with equal care. With over a decade of experience in frontend infrastructure, I’ve learned that technical excellence and a healthy team culture are inseparable.

As an Engineering Team Lead (Frontend Platform) at SoSafe GmbH, I led a cross-functional Frontend Platform team, managing end-to-end delivery of the Design System, overarching frontend architecture, and central tooling. I handled hiring and the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, mentorship, and performance management—while keeping our culture solution-oriented and positive.

I modernized and scaled developer workflows through hands-on platform engineering. I led migrations across the frontend ecosystem from GitLab/Hetzner to GitHub Actions and AWS tooling, established Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and improved release confidence by refining workflows and reducing build times.

I also strengthened frontend standards and scalability through Micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation), reusable templates, and engineering enablement for product teams. I’ve worked across CI/CD, security/observability (Snyk, Datadog, Sentry), and quality (Storybook, Jest, Cypress, Testing Library), and I’m now concluding a maternity sabbatical and eager to return—contributing to a collaboration-focused team that thrives on clarity and shared ownership.
