I am a techno-functional Business Analyst with around four years of experience working in enterprise environments, supporting business transformation through structured analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery. My career began with a strong technical foundation, which helped me understand system behavior, data flows, and platform constraints—skills I now use to translate business needs into clear, practical functional requirements.

In my current role at Infosys, I work closely with business users, application owners, and delivery teams to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design functional solutions aligned with operational goals. I have hands-on experience with requirement discovery, BRD and FRD creation, process mapping, data validation, and UAT execution. I regularly provide analytical support using SQL and Excel and ensure solutions meet documented requirements through structured testing and stakeholder sign-off.

I am particularly interested in roles where I can contribute to business problem-solving, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration in fast-paced environments.
