I’m a Farm Manager with a proven track record through the Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project, Department of Horticulture, where I’ve led day-to-day execution from August 2021 to October 2024. I focus on clear action plans to meet farm-specific and company-set goals, while maintaining plants and operational readiness.

I excel at field trials for new plant varieties that may benefit the farm, and I establish quality control procedures for grading produce according to department requirements. I also maintain financial, operational and employment records, coordinate maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, fences, and other infrastructure, and monitor fields to drive proper irrigation, weed control and pest control.

I guide staff on how to handle difficult tasks, resolve conflicts, and adapt strategies when conditions change—especially by monitoring weather and adjusting plans to avoid losses. From nursery operations to organizing sale and purchase of new plants, I bring leadership, patience, troubleshooting, and strong communication to keep operations running smoothly.
