What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead large-scale agricultural, plantation, organic farming, or horticulture operations where I can improve yield, cost control, certification compliance, team performance, and sustainable growth.

I've led large-scale tea, organic farming, and horticulture operations across India and Mozambique, including a 5,000-hectare estate with 2,500 hectares under tea and a workforce of more than 3,000 people.

At Cha De Magoma, Asian Tea Group, I directed field operations, labour productivity, plantation health, quality, and cost control while implementing Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, Fair Trade, and Biodynamic standards. I helped grow annual tea yield from 17 lakh kg to 22 lakh kg through structured field and labour management systems.

Most recently at Bithi Farm, I led multi-cluster orchard, spice, and horticulture operations, including budgeting, B2B sales, land acquisition, certification compliance, and government engagement. I also founded the Kalimpong Organic Growers Group and established an Internal Control System serving 2,000 farmers across Northeast India.
