At Microsoft, I integrated the GEPA prompt-optimization framework into production service patterns, connecting offline evaluation workflows with shared components and adding test coverage, telemetry, and reporting for production readiness.
I also modernized a production configuration SDK integration by redesigning its Python-to-native interface for a newer SDK while preserving existing consumers and enabling modern authentication and sovereign-cloud support. During live-site rotations, I diagnosed production issues across services and configurations and coordinated cross-team resolution.
Earlier at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), I built and maintained backend APIs and data-intensive application features, and worked with clients, Sales, and implementation teams to turn business and data constraints into software changes. At Tata Power, I managed information systems for three hydro power plants and used business intelligence and KPI analysis to reduce costs.
