I've scaled the Signals pipeline from 3 billion to 8 billion events per day using Just-in-Time provisioning, enhanced retries, split-compute architecture, and Azure Event Hubs. I also built automation that reduced new-region provisioning from days to hours and led production incident resolution across C# microservices and Azure infrastructure.
