At Ever Quint, I own FluentMind, white-labelled as Amplify: an enterprise platform where teams build, share and run AI agents. I work across model routing, MCP-based tool integration, durable workflows, and permission-scoped retrieval to help make agents reliable and governed in production.

Previously at Zoho, I shipped LLM agents that triaged support tickets and built the evaluation framework behind them, including golden datasets, confidence-based fallbacks, and reviewer feedback. I’ve also owned Web3 products, including DAO governance and smart-wallet onboarding, and I’m building Raven, a forecasting system for prediction markets, crypto, and commodity markets.
