What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply AI/NLP research, data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration to improve user-facing products and support data-driven decisions.

At Keywords Studios, I research user query patterns and analyze interaction data to identify FAQ accuracy gaps for a large-scale AI system. I work with ML and cross-functional teams to prioritize query-handling improvements and translate business needs into model evaluation criteria.

I've defined annotation standards, evaluation requirements, and quality criteria across multiple AI/NLP projects, helping teams create more consistent benchmarks and stakeholder-aligned delivery.

I also built a Python NLP chatbot, automation scripts, a full-stack travel product, and a vulnerability scanner that produces structured reports on open ports and known vulnerabilities. My work combines requirements gathering, data analysis, research, and practical product delivery.
