I am an entry-level cybersecurity and SOC analyst with hands-on experience configuring SIEM environments, performing phishing analysis, and supporting forensic investigations. I hold a PG Diploma in IT Infrastructure, Systems & Security and certifications including the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity.

In practical labs and a SOC simulation, I practiced SOC L1 workflows, vulnerability scanning, documentation of remediation steps, and playbook creation for escalation. I have foundational development experience from a Software Developer Trainee role where I built secure backend modules using Java and MySQL while working in Agile sprints.

I bring Linux/Unix administration, Bash scripting, familiarity with AWS/Azure and security tooling (SIEM, EDR concepts, DLP), and a readiness to operate in an 18x5 monitoring environment. I focus on proactive monitoring, clear incident documentation, and continuous improvement of detection and response processes.
