For ZS Associates’ healthcare and analytics engagement, I delivered four applications as an individual contributor and technical lead. I improved React rendering time by 35% and built a token-driven theming engine and reusable component system that reduced duplicated UI code by 50%.
On that engagement, I also built an AI-powered meeting-notes and data-ingestion application with a custom chatbot, token-by-token LLM streaming, file parsing, and automated artifact generation. For Carrefour, I migrated cart and checkout modules to Next.js SSR and reduced Total Blocking Time by 40%.
