I’m a results-driven Online Data Analyst with Telus International, where I evaluate, analyze, and rate web content, advertisements, and search results to improve data accuracy. I focus on accuracy and relevance, turning careful review into higher-quality insights.

In my current role (04/2024 to 01/2026), I strengthen data quality by evaluating search engine results and analyzing content for correctness and usefulness. I bring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, using tools like Excel and annotation software to deliver consistent outcomes.

Previously, I worked as a Search Engine Evaluator at Spark Technologies (02/2022 to 01/2024). I performed search queries, evaluated results across webpages and images, rated relevance, and provided detailed feedback to support better search experiences.

I’m skilled in data annotation and validation across text, image, audio, and video, and I work with labeling and classification guidelines to maintain reliability. I enjoy remote, detail-oriented work where evaluation, analysis, and continuous improvement are essential.
