What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can leverage my legal operations and executive support experience to streamline workflows, improve compliance, and deliver high-trust documentation and administrative leadership that drives organizational efficiency.

I’m a highly organized, results-driven Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in process optimization, administrative management, legal operations, and executive-level support. I streamline workflows, maintain confidentiality and compliance, and coordinate complex work with accuracy and urgency.

In my current role as a Senior Paralegal Specialist, I prepare reports and correspondence for executive leadership, administer and manage FOIA requests, and lead file retention and archival systems to ensure secure, compliant recordkeeping. I draft and proofread legal documents to meet legal and citation standards, and I support attorneys with court appearances, real estate closings, and client meetings.

I also contribute across legal and operational functions—supporting real estate transactions, development and modernization projects, contracts, procurement, leasing, and public housing programs (HCVP). I manage Office of General Counsel internship and fellowship programs, distribute workloads, mentor junior paralegals, and act as a liaison between attorneys, staff, and internal clients.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation through roles in paralegal work, document review, and administrative coordination, followed by foreclosure-focused work as a Foreclosure Specialist / Lien Risk Analyst and Foreclosure Prevention Specialist. Across every position, I focus on project coordination, stakeholder communication, and building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve organizational efficiency.
