What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a global HR technology or people operations role where I can improve HRIS-enabled service delivery, strengthen process governance and data quality, and partner across functions on scalable employee lifecycle experiences.

At Miratech, I manage end-to-end people operations for distributed teams across India, EMEA, APAC, and North America. I support Workday administration, employee data quality, HR cases, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and GDPR-compliant HR processes.

Across Miratech, Aivoks Technologies, and Entirety Ventures, I’ve partnered with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders to improve HR service delivery. I build SOPs, support global projects and process transitions, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and better employee experiences.
