pooja gosher
@poojagosher
I build 0-to-1 products across agritech, fintech, retail, and public infrastructure.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
I'm leading product at Salam Kisan, where I own the Sarathi operator app, Salam Kisan farmer app, and My Contact Shakti drone telemetry hardware. Our agri-drone-as-a-service platform has sprayed 2 lakh+ acres with 100+ active operators.
I've built AI drone-image analysis for enterprise clients including ITC and UPL, covering crop counting and hotspot detection, while developing pest detection and internal agent workflows. I also integrated agritech partners including DeHaat and secured a ₹40L Andhra Pradesh government grant for drone-tech enablement.
Previously, I spearheaded tolling innovation at NPCI's NETC FASTag, supporting ₹100 Cr+ in annual revenue and enabling EV charging payments on FASTag rails. As founder of The Bodhi Cafe, I bootstrapped a vegan cloud kitchen to ₹1 Cr+ annual revenue and led a lean 10-member team.
Across consulting and product leadership, I bring clarity, user empathy, and fast execution to ambiguous 0-to-1 work. I enjoy building what doesn't exist yet, using discovery, data, journey mapping, and GTM strategy to turn ideas into scalable products.
