What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create accessible, user-centered web and mobile experiences with cross-functional Agile teams, using research, testing, and iterative design to align user needs with business goals.

At MyEyeDr, I lead UX research and end-to-end design for a patient-centric digital platform, improving appointment booking, communication workflows, and overall patient experience across web and mobile.

I've also helped redesign digital platforms for Toyota and Honda, turning research, stakeholder feedback, and complex business needs into responsive interfaces, UI kits, prototypes, and scalable design systems. My work includes user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, journey maps, personas, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

I'm a Professional Scrum Master I certified designer who works closely with product managers and developers in Agile teams, using tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Dovetail, and generative AI to move from insight to accessible delivery.
