I've built end-to-end machine learning applications for Algerian forest fire and house price prediction using Python, Flask, and Scikit-learn. For the forest fire project, I selected a Ridge Regression model after benchmarking four models and deployed a real-time prediction interface.
I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Information Technology at IIIT Una, with hands-on work in data preprocessing, EDA, feature engineering, and regression. I've also solved 300+ DSA problems in C++ and built a digital traffic light controller using a 555 Timer IC and CD4017 counter.

Developed an end-to-end ML pipeline for house price prediction, performing data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. Implemented and compared Linear Regression and Gradient Boosting models, evaluating performance and optimizing predictive accuracy using key regression metrics.
Algerian Forest Fire Prediction

Built a Flask-based web application to predict the F2re Weather Index (FWI) using a Ridge Regression model trained on 243 records across 2 regions of Algeria, achieving an R of 0.98 on a 61-sample test set. Conducted EDA, data cleaning, and feature engineering using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Designed and implemented a Red-Green-Yellow traffic light sequencing system using a 555 Timer IC and CD4017 Decade Counter for automated sequential signal operation. Built the circuit with LEDs, resistors, capacitors, and a 5V power supply to simulate real-world traffic signal behavior.
