What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead frontend delivery on complex, high-impact products where I can build scalable React experiences, improve performance and reliability, and mentor engineers through strong component, state-management, and testing practices.

I've delivered enterprise frontends at Publicis Sapient for CPPIB and Lloyds Banking Group, owning end-to-end delivery across streaming AI chat and colleague payment journeys.

For CPPIB's Knowledge Initiative, I built an SSE-based chat interface for 14,000+ employees querying 100,000+ documents across 25+ knowledge bases. I also built keyboard-accessible knowledge-base selection, virtualized chat history, export and sharing features, and an ingestion-status admin dashboard.

For Lloyds' microfrontend platform, I architected payment flows and owned Profile, Make Payments, and Pending Payments journeys using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query. Earlier, I co-owned a JSON schema-driven form library adopted across Solumina I-Series modules, improved frontend performance from Lighthouse scores in the 50s to 90s+, and mentor junior engineers through reviews, component design, state handling, and testing.
