I’m looking for senior backend roles where I can optimize large-scale systems and databases, reduce costs, mentor engineers, and lead infrastructure improvements in collaborative, data-driven teams.

I am a Senior Backend Engineer at CleverTap who has owned and driven R&D for TesseractDB, CleverTap’s in-house database. I focus on building reliable, high-performance systems that meet evolving business needs.

I redesigned the query language to support nested logical operators, implemented identity management used across 200 million active users, and delivered large optimizations — compressing Targeting Events to free 60TB of S3, cutting memory usage for some accounts by 80%, and reducing boot-up times by up to 91% for large accounts. I also built a Query Monitoring Dashboard that became the primary tool for on-call support and debugging.

I handle on-call duties, production debugging, deployments, PR reviews, interviewing, and mentoring interns, and I was recognized with a Spotlight Award for exceptional incident handling.
