I'm seeking to be an integral part of a fast-paced, hypergrowth organisation, partnering with founders and business leaders to build robust talent and HR functions.

At SMILe by Shree Maruti Integrated Logistics, I established the Talent Acquisition and HR operations framework and built the Pune Technology Centre, delivering 200+ Product and Engineering hires in 10 months.

I also delivered 350+ annual hires across technology, supply chain and logistics operations, and new business units. I closed 30+ leadership mandates and reduced agency dependency by more than 80%.

Earlier, at Freshworks and Innovaccer, I led recruiting teams and delivered global and healthcare technology hiring across India, the US, and APAC. I improved offer-to-join conversion at Innovaccer to 90% with structured pre-boarding and an automated candidate tracking system.
