At Yolabs, I design structural frames, sheet-metal parts, and assemblies for robotics kits, taking designs from concept through prototyping and vendor manufacturing handoff.
I prepare GD&T drawings and BOMs, apply DFM during design and vendor discussions, and integrate mechanical, electronic, and firmware subsystems. This work has reduced prototype iterations and improved first-pass build quality across 50+ units.
I also coordinate procurement, production scheduling, and vendor quality checks, and run design reviews and build-quality audits for robotics teams. I developed curriculum and project kits used to train 1,000+ students.
