I’m a results-driven AI Workforce Specialist focused on AI training, data annotation, workforce optimization, and quality assurance. I manage AI workforce operations that support machine learning and generative AI projects, ensuring requirements are met through clear workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

I evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide feedback to improve model accuracy, while coordinating data annotation and quality assurance across multiple projects. I also develop workflows that increase operational efficiency and reduce processing times, and I generate performance reports and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.

In addition, I train teams on AI tools, quality standards, and best practices, and I apply Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes to improve outcomes. Earlier, as an AI Trainer / Data Annotator, I labeled and reviewed datasets, conducted quality assessments, identified data inconsistencies, and supported model testing and validation initiatives.
