Working on M2 and M3 achievements for the existing EasyCare product, focusing on ABHA/ABDM certification for HMS providers.

Led end-to-end design and development initiatives for product quality improvements, including major improvements to formula execution for timesheet and absence processing.

Led integration projects for Kindbody, achieving performant lab and ultrasound integrations, and improved CHC integration performance by 40%. Managed EMR engineering team as deputy engineering manager for 6 months and served as Tech Lead for the EMR team.

Designed, developed, and supported global payroll engine modules, including the Rate engine and integration points with various HCM modules. Maintained Payroll DBI and developed a Test Harness system for regression testing.

Led product development for PeopleSoft HCM from versions 8.8 to 9.1, managed global teams, and provided architectural leadership. Coordinated critical upgrade projects and advised senior executives on technology strategies.

Worked on product development including WTS (Web Transact Suit), Essentia Web Server, Cyber Outlet, and Web Essence. Instrumental in the development of Essen Database, later rebranded as Vaman DB.

Pursued a Master of Technology at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, completing in 2017.

Completed a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, New Delhi in 1999.

Earned a Bachelor of Engineering from L D College of Engineering, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 1998.
