I'm the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Rolecule Health, where I lead a corporate wellness and health education platform for enterprises and high-performing professionals.

I design science-backed digital products, education, speaking, and consulting programs focused on metabolic health, women's health and menopause, obesity, and healthy aging. My work is designed to improve health literacy, engagement, and sustainable behavior change.

At Flyte Health, I provide longitudinal virtual obesity and metabolic health care, combining lifestyle intervention, medication management, cardiometabolic risk reduction, and patient education. Previously, at Summit Health Medical Group, I managed a high-volume adult primary care panel of more than 2,000 patients while maintaining an NRC patient satisfaction score of 96.

Across primary care, telehealth, occupational health, and healthcare consulting, I've cared for complex chronic disease populations and helped develop virtual-care workflows, COVID-19 programs, and clinician experience initiatives. I'm board-certified in Internal Medicine and bring more than 10 years of clinical experience to prevention-focused, scalable healthcare programs.
