I've provided virtual primary care and weight-management services through MDLIVE and American Well since 2015, caring for patients across multiple states through video visits.

I evaluate medical histories, medications, laboratory results, and clinical risks to create individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. I counsel patients on nutrition, physical activity, sustainable weight reduction, chronic-disease prevention, and long-term health improvement.

Across locum assignments in the United States and New Zealand, I've delivered family medicine, urgent care, rural medicine, military medicine, Veteran Affairs, and Indian Health Service care. My work has included preventive medicine, women's health, chronic disease management, acute care, health education, and lifestyle counseling for diverse patient populations.
