At LittleLives, I own production infrastructure for an EdTech SaaS serving 2,000+ tenant organisations, across three AWS accounts and four EKS clusters. I lead a two-person DevOps team, own site reliability, and lead the annual ISO 27001:2022 certification audit.
I initiated and architected the enterprise product’s multi-tenancy and identity architecture, with threat modelling and automated security scanning in CI/CD. I also redesigned the video pipeline and introduced Cloudflare Reserved Cache; together, these changes reduced total media spend by 60%.
At Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), I co-architected hybrid-cloud infrastructure across GCP and on-premises data centres. I contributed to the RabbitMQ-to-Kafka order pipeline migration that raised capacity 4x, and architected GHN Surveillance Center, a live video platform for operational auditing.
