I'm currently managing YouTube content, copyright compliance, AI-assisted workflows, and policy appeals at VTMEDIA Technology Joint Stock Company.

Previously, I managed purchase orders and production planning at Brother Industries Vietnam using SAP, helping implement an automated SCM management system that replaced manual processes. I also bring order tracking, shipment coordination, and customer support experience from Logi Services and Trade Development Company Limited.
