I’m a 4th-year student majoring in Vietnamese Studies, with a specialization in Tourism and Tourism Management. I build strong routines around customer satisfaction, teamwork, and adapting quickly to new working environments.

In my part-time roles as a cashier and service staff, I’ve handled billing and payments, prepared coffee and other drinks by company recipes, and supported food preparation and basic kitchen tasks. I also complete inventory checks, listen to customer feedback, solve issues effectively, and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace—while using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to stay organized and efficient.
