At FPT Software, I test web and mobile applications across new features, bug fixes, enhancements, and regression releases. I work with developers, Product Owners, and onshore and offshore teams to clarify requirements, investigate defects, and validate fixes.
I perform functional, UI/UX, API, integration, end-to-end, and mobile testing. I validate RESTful APIs in Postman and use real devices and BrowserStack to identify device, browser, and platform-specific issues.
I support regression automation with Playwright, Appium, and Selenium, maintaining scripts and investigating failures to distinguish application issues from automation issues.
I also use AI to analyze requirements, generate test scenarios and cases, create Rally test cases, improve automation scripts, and support pre-production, release, and production smoke validation.
