I've tested healthcare, AI tutoring, digital-government, and enterprise video-conferencing products at FPT Medtech, GotIt, Viettel Solutions, and FPT Software. I focus on finding edge cases, validating data quality, and getting releases ready across web, mobile, and API workflows.
At GotIt, I built and maintained a Playwright TypeScript E2E framework for MathGPT LMS integrations using an adapter pattern, supporting Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace, and Blackboard with reusable specifications. I also created Python and Node.js utilities for test-data workflows and defect-to-Coda synchronization.
I use Claude Code to support test design, automation, debugging, and test-data preparation while manually reviewing generated outputs. I'm ISTQB Foundation certified and experienced with SQL validation, UAT, defect triage, Agile collaboration, and mentoring junior testers.
