I want to apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, supporting research and business decisions while working collaboratively in well-organized teams.

I’m an analytical statistician and data analyst with a BSc. in Statistics from JKUAT, bringing hands-on experience in research, data management, and business operations. I’m driven by the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making.

I work across research and applied settings, contributing evidence-based research insights and practical recommendations through my Attachee role at the Kenya School of Government. I also supported training sessions, maintained research records and publications, and collaborated on research initiatives to address public service challenges.

In retail and food service environments, I’ve managed high-value transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while improving reporting and operational flow. As a Shop Manager, I maintained structured inventory systems, analyzed customer data through a loyalty card program, and used digital marketing and social media insights to measure campaign performance and engagement.

My final year research project—Predictive Models for Early Detection of Postpartum Depression—strengthened my modeling and evaluation skills using logistic regression and random forest. I collected and preprocessed data, assessed performance with accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC-ROC, and presented findings through both a written report and an academic panel.
