What I'm looking for

I am seeking an accounting role where I can apply my QuickBooks/Tally expertise, improve financial controls, handle reconciliations and support budgeting in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced Accounts Assistant with extensive experience in real estate and school accounting, skilled in QuickBooks, Tally ERP and MS Office. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and am a CPA finalist.

In my current role I prepare invoices, reconcile debtors and bank accounts, manage supplier payments, run payroll and statutory remittances, maintain the asset register and produce budgets with Budget vs Actual monitoring. I introduced QuickBooks at my previous employer and managed full accounting operations for a community school.

I am organized, composed under pressure and collaborative, with strengths in reconciliation, audit liaison, VAT processing and financial controls. I seek roles where I can apply my accounting systems expertise and contribute to accurate, timely financial management.
