What I'm looking for

I'm building a long-term career specifically in cybersecurity and am developing practical skills through SOC programmes, CTF-based learning and hands-on cybersecurity labs.

At MiC Talent Solutions, Inc., I completed a cybersecurity apprenticeship with hands-on labs and monthly lectures. In simulated SOC environments, I triaged alerts using Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel and investigated ransomware scenarios with Volatility and CyberChef.

I applied MITRE ATT&CK to map adversary techniques and support detection rule development for privilege escalation and lateral movement. I also participated in simulated Business Email Compromise exercises, contributing to phishing detection and security awareness improvements.

I'm currently participating in CyberHer Africa Challenge’s virtual SOC programme, practicing alert triage, log analysis, threat detection and incident investigation. I completed a Certificate in Cyber Security with a final result of 86.62%, and I’m building a long-term career in cybersecurity through SOC programmes, CTF learning and hands-on labs.
