What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to further contribute to wildlife conservation efforts and enhance my skills in environmental protection.

My name is Phakama Oscar Shezi, and I am a dedicated Field Ranger currently serving in the South African National Parks' Anti-Poaching Unit. With a strong educational background in Management Sciences from the Durban University of Technology, I have developed a keen understanding of organizational dynamics and operational efficiency, which I apply in my current role to enhance wildlife protection efforts.

Since August 2023, I have been actively involved in preventing poaching activities through rigorous foot and vehicle patrols, human and animal tracking, and collaboration with law enforcement agencies. My training in firearms and field ranger techniques has equipped me with the skills necessary to confront poachers and ensure the safety of endangered species. I am passionate about wildlife conservation and committed to making a positive impact in the field.
