Develop baseline schedules for two concurrent EPC projects (Ashghal car parking and an Ooredoo data-center/office building), totaling QR 292 million. Coordinate with consultants to align scheduling baselines and produce critical-path tracking and progress-measurement reports through design and construction.

Manage scheduling for a QR 25 million palace, majlis, and villa development, coordinating design and EPC phases with consultant United Consultants. Maintain progress tracking and resource plans to support on-time delivery of the residential complex.

Deliver project engineering for the Memve'ele 200MW power station reservoir, covering procurement through commissioning for client AES-SONAL. Manage procurement, renovation, and commissioning for the AES-SONAL Medical Center and coordinate contractors and suppliers to return the facility to service.

Supervise site execution for Phase 1 of the Nigeria-Cameroon Multinational Highway and Transport Facilitation Project, funded by the African Development Bank and the Government of Cameroon. Coordinate with the consultant on quality control, progress verification, and reporting across multiple highway sections.
