Peterson Mark
@petersonmark
Construction planning and scheduling leader delivering cost-loaded baselines, cost control, and risk-managed project reporting.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Project Management Professional with 18+ years’ experience leading construction planning & scheduling, cost control, and risk management on FEED, EPC, and EPCM projects across Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, infrastructure, and high-rise buildings. I deliver cost-loaded baseline schedules, resource-levelled manning plans, EOT/claims positions, and integrated portfolio reporting for Tier-1 contractors, consultants, and clients.
In my current role as Planning Manager at MIS Co. Ltd, I act as primary schedule authority across a concurrent multi-sector portfolio, owning cost-loaded baselines and resource-levelled manning plans to improve progress forecasting and cash-flow visibility. I’ve driven a shift from monthly to weekly schedule updates, cutting forecast variance by up to 15%, and lead Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) validation with client teams before execution. Previously as Schedule Manager at Jacobs (Worley & OCP JV), I managed FEED-to-EPC/EPCM scheduling across multiple workstreams, built cost-loaded baselines for projects valued up to USD 2 billion, and led delay analyses and EOT submissions to protect contract positions and reduce liquidated-damages exposure.
