At C Plus Architectural Designs, I supervised daily works on a live G+5 commercial building during a six-month placement, checking work against issued drawings, quality standards and HSE requirements. I coordinated engineers, subcontractors and trades, tracked materials, and reported progress to project leadership.

For my University of Buea final-year capstone, I designed a prefabricated-timber housing concept in a G+5 reinforced-concrete frame. The project estimate put construction costs about 20% below a conventional concrete approach; I also completed structural analysis, load calculations and connection design, and produced coordinated drawings and 3D visualisations.

As a self-employed English tutor, I deliver one-to-one online lessons to international learners and track their progress. I’m developing my project-controls skills in Primavera P6 and Excel, alongside my experience with ArchiCAD and BIM design.
