What I'm looking for

I seek senior corporate development/M&A roles in tech-enabled businesses or PE-backed platforms where I can lead complex transactions, drive post-close value creation, and work closely with boards and management on strategic growth.

I am an M&A and corporate development leader with 10+ years of experience across private equity investing and corporate development, currently leading acquisitions, carve-outs and divestments at a PE-backed global technology company.

I lead end-to-end transactions — origination, investment case underwriting, valuation and modelling, diligence, SPA/SHA negotiation, financing coordination and post-close integration — and prepare Board and Investment Committee materials throughout the deal lifecycle.

In my current role I have assessed 100+ targets and executed seven transactions (EV $20m–$1bn) including transformational platform deals, strategic carve-outs and PE-to-PE divestments, and I previously executed control buyouts and buy-and-build programmes at a €1.5bn private equity fund.

I combine rigorous financial modelling and structuring experience with hands-on post-close value creation, governance design and management incentive structuring to drive strategic outcomes and measurable growth for investors and management teams.
