Peter Egziabher
@peteregziabher
Strategy consulting and legal advocate combining analytical rigor, executive communication, and execution to drive measurable impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a creative, analytical professional with cross-sector experience spanning strategic analysis and execution, film and television, law and advocacy, and technology. I’m drawn to work that turns data into clear decisions and then delivers results across teams.
At McKinsey & Company, I benchmarked 40+ film organizations to inform a 5-year strategic plan, analyzed buying factors across 100+ customers, and drove executive presentations on major execution pillars for a government agency’s strategy. I’m comfortable synthesizing complex information into actionable direction.
Earlier, as a Counsel and Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice, I led legislative advocacy to enact automatic voter registration (AVR) in 35 states, guided implementation across 26 states, and drafted motions and declarations for Federal District Court challenges to voter suppression laws. I bring a strong blend of legal and technical thinking to high-stakes work.
My career also includes consulting and startup work, plus cybersecurity responsibilities at Google where I coordinated product and engineering groups to improve security backend and advanced the Account Recovery system through large-scale analysis. I now aim to bring this range to roles where strategy, communication, and execution align.
