I’m a results-oriented Data Entry Specialist based in Ghana, focused on managing high-volume databases with exceptional accuracy and data integrity. I’ve maintained 100% data consistency in Salesforce while streamlining daily workflows with the Google Workspace suite.

At Glico Life Insurance Company, I’ve supported policy owner service and data entry since 2016, handling data collection, cleaning, and validation for claims and related processes. I prepare monthly branch reports, interpret trends for supervisors and HRM, and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting efficiency.

As a Team Leader (since October 2021), I manage recruitment and onboarding datasets, enforce quality standards, and monitor outputs under tight deadlines. I also perform weekly CRM audits to detect and correct duplicate records, and I use Salesforce and Google Workspace to automate tracking sheets and forms, reducing manual effort.

Alongside my insurance work, I freelance as a Research Assistant (60 Decibels Inc), conducting 1000+ phone interviews across 20 projects and translating Twi data for entry into Qualtrics. I complete proactive QA checks to flag anomalies and ensure respondent dataset consistency, and I’m strengthening my skills through AI and data analytics training with ALX.
