What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business or data analytics role where I can turn operational, CRM, digital, or media data into dashboards, actionable insights, and decision-support recommendations while collaborating with stakeholders.

I've monitored digital, social, and online content at Carma International for more than 40 high-profile clients, including Aramco, ADNOC, Huawei, Nestle, and NEOM. I turn media signals into executive-level insights on sentiment, trends, campaign themes, and stakeholder visibility.

At Held Real Estate, I managed CRM records and follow-up pipelines, improving lead tracking, client visibility, and management decision-making. I also produced operational and marketing reports and coordinated CEO office workflows.

My toolkit includes Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Jupyter, alongside requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, UAT support, and Agile coordination. I've completed an M.Sc. in Business Analytics with a 4.0/4.0 CGPA and built RAG, machine learning, and NLP projects that translate technical outputs into actionable insights.
