I prepare tender enquiries and compare subcontract quotations against drawings, BOQs and specifications. I also assess payment applications, certificates and change orders, supporting variations with quantities, rates and commercial records.
At Linham Construction Ltd, I supported cost planning, procurement, valuations and cost control across healthcare and refurbishment projects. This included commercial support for structural and MEP works on the CCU Extension at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital.
Previously, at Diefra Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda, I progressed from Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor on civil, geotechnical and mining-related projects. I also supported setting-out, surveying and BIM coordination as a Civil Setting-Out Engineer Intern at Kinross Brasil Mineração.
