As a Senior Consultant / Service Delivery Manager at Amaris Consulting, I support the largest beauty company in the world and lead collaboration across a multi-skilled team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts from 5 different countries. I create 30+ Reports across operational divisions—from CEO Executive reports to Daily Operations Reports—while onboarding new members and addressing Ways of Work.

I also manage end-to-end delivery practices: publishing and distributing reports on both Power BI Cloud capacities and local instances for on-premises access. I maintain and monitor deployment pipelines across development, test, and production environments, and I facilitate Self-Service Reports for local users. I enable environments for dynamics reports to be hosted and used.

I built and optimized centralized data models using Tabular Editor and DAX Studio, boosting performance timings by up to 60%, while managing Power BI governance, troubleshooting on-premises data gateways, and supporting robust governance across workspaces, monitoring, and licensing.
