At Associação Mandza, I provide strategic and executive leadership, guide organisational development, and strengthen systems for governance, accountability, compliance, and programme quality.
At World Vision Moçambique, I led the rollout of a national Foundational Technical Programme across 9 districts in 4 provinces. The $20M+ portfolio reached more than 100,000 beneficiaries, and I supported stronger programme coherence and strategic alignment.
I also oversaw sponsorship information systems for more than 100,000 registered children and led digital tool rollout across district teams. These efforts improved data accuracy and reduced reporting turnaround time.
Earlier at World Vision Moçambique, I managed national sponsorship strategy and supported district operations, partnerships, and donor relations. I began my career as a teacher with the Ministry of Education, Mozambique, and have also worked in sponsorship operations and correspondence between English and Portuguese.
