I lead Aurum Institute's affiliate program in Mozambique while directing measurement, impact, health information systems, and analytics across multi-country health projects. I build integrated PowerBI dashboards that enable executives to monitor results across more than 85 studies and projects.
Previously, I led M&E and data systems work with BroadReach Healthcare and USAID Mozambique, and directed a 25-person M&E team for a $50 million USAID-funded community health project. I bring deep experience in program management, donor relationships, digital health, staff mentorship, and Portuguese, Spanish, and English communication.
