I’m looking for a role where I can manage email and schedules, handle research and data entry, and support operations with Trello and Zendesk—while delivering accurate, organized work within clear deadlines.

I’m a Virtual Assistant focused on administrative and operations support, helping teams stay organized and productive. I manage email and calendar workflows, coordinate tasks, and deliver structured outputs within deadlines.

In my freelance projects, I conduct Instagram business research, organize data entry with Google Sheets, and support customer support workflow understanding using Zendesk. I also track tasks and deadlines with Trello to keep work moving smoothly.

I’m skilled in travel itinerary planning and meeting agenda creation, so scheduling and communication are clear and efficient. I also prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel to support accurate tracking and decision-making.
