I’m a data-driven Operations Analyst focused on analysing operational workflows, tracking KPIs, and translating complex datasets into recommendations that improve efficiency. In remote work with PeachvillePlatinumEstate, I’ve monitored sales, customer engagement, and digital campaign performance to surface inefficiencies fast.

I build and maintain Power BI dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into key operational metrics, so gaps are identified quickly and corrective action can follow. I also clean, structure, and validate raw datasets—reducing reporting errors by 35% through stronger data quality controls and better collection processes.

Before that, I interned at El-Salem Laboratories & Diagnostics, where I tracked diagnostic and operational workflows, built KPI monitoring dashboards, and implemented automated data validation and cleansing tools to improve reliability in operational records and reporting.

Earlier, as an Administrative & Operations Officer in a sachet water nylon production factory, I managed end-to-end production, inventory, and supply records in Advanced Excel, monitored stock levels daily, and flagged order fulfilment delays—supporting smoother operations through data dashboards and plain-language reporting.
