At Kingspan Logstor, I've designed and delivered more than 1,000 district heating system projects across Poland and Germany. I perform static and piping stress calculations, develop execution proposals, and prepare complete bills of materials for buried and above-ground pre-insulated systems.
I've optimized routing and component selection to improve cost efficiency in approximately 10–15% of projects while meeting technical requirements. I work closely with clients, sales, and order-processing teams to turn pipe-layout drawings into accurate, practical designs.
Earlier, I supported district heating calculations and plant operations at Veolia, and built an Excel tool at Powen-Wafapomp to automate pump-unit pre-selection and speed up offer preparation. My production experience at NGK Ceramics and General Motors also strengthened my focus on quality, process stability, and manufacturing standards.
I'm also developing an 11 MWp solar PV farm design and built an off-grid micro PV and BESS system with Raspberry Pi data logging, InfluxDB, and Grafana dashboards. My power engineering background covers renewable energy, thermal systems, hydrogen technology, carbon capture, hydraulics, and advanced energy modeling.
